NOMINATIVE CREDITS

All season tickets are nominative and we will check that the data of the attendee’s ID card match those on the ticket, denying access to the festival otherwise.

CHANGE OF NAME

You can change your name free of charge within 20 days of purchase. After this time, the service will cost 20€.

SHIPMENT OF WRISTBANDS

This year we don’t want you to wait in line to pick up your bracelet so we will send it to your home or to the pick up point you indicate.

Once you purchase your subscriptions and nominate them, you must fill in the shipping address.

AUTHORIZATION OF MINORS

Children under 9 years old: free access with father / mother / guardian + authorization.

Children under 16 years old: access with ticket + parent/guardian + authorization.

Nominative tickets

All Viña Rock season tickets are nominative and it will be checked that the data of the attendee’s ID card match those of the ticket, denying access to the festival otherwise.

To download the season ticket it will be necessary to have made the nomination of the same, otherwise it will not be possible to obtain the ticket that will allow access to the concert venue.

Change of name

You can change your name free of charge within 20 days of purchase. After this time, the service will cost 20€.

Wristbands shipment

This year all Viña Rock wristbands will be sent FREE of charge to the address provided in the season ticket nomination. A single shipment will be made to the purchaser of the credit notes with the total amount of wristbands purchased during the purchase process.

The subscription includes a rest area

Yes, the Viña Rock 2025 season ticket includes access to the rest area from Wednesday, April 30 from 4:00 pm until Sunday, May 4 at 2:00 pm.

Minors

Children under 9 years old: Free access with parent/guardian + authorization.

Children under 16 years of age: Admission with ticket + parent/guardian + authorization.

Children between 16 and 18 years old: access with admission + authorization.

Validity of entries

The organization is only responsible for tickets purchased through the official Viña Rock channels (https://www.vina-rock.com/ or Enterticket). The organization warns that the purchase of season tickets outside the official channels is a risk for the attendee, who could be acquiring duplicate or false tickets that would deny access to the festival. The organization will perform electronic validation of 100% of the tickets, denying access to any ticket that has been previously validated or purchased outside the official channels of the Festival (Viña Rock or Enterticket) or in which the name on the ticket does not match the name of the person presenting it.

What is the money-back guarantee?

During the purchase process you will be able to purchase the 5€ money back guarantee with which you guarantee the refund of the ticket price in case you are unable to attend the festival for any of the reasons indicated in the guarantee.
